FIRST OFF WE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A MOMENT TO SAY THAT WE HOPE EVERYONE IS SAFE DURING THIS TIME.

UNFORTUNATELY, CANCELLATIONS ARE COMING IN FROM EVERY DIRECTION. WITH THAT BEING SAID THE NO REFUND POLICY IS STILL IN EFFECT. HOWEVER, WE ARE WILLING TO ALLOW YOU TO RESCHEDULE A COSTUME TO BE USED WITHIN 90 DAYS. WE ARE WILLING TO LET YOU CHOOSE A (1) DIFFERENT COSTUME OF YOUR CHOICE TO HELP MAKE UP FOR THE SITUATION. NO CREDITS FOR PRICE DIFFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN AND NO EXTENSIONS ON TIME OF RENTAL.
