Sparkles has been clowning around in Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas since 1986, specializing in everything from awesome balloon artistry and marvelous magic shows to amazing juggling and all around silliness! Sparkles provides quality family entertainment for birthday parties, company picnics, grand openings, and almost any special event!

Ever since he had a clown at his birthday party as a young child, Jacob Cowger knew he wanted to be grow up to be a clown. Mentorship from numerous Shrine Clowns and training received at the Ringling Brothers, Barnum & Baily Clown College shaped Sparkles into the most well-known clown in the Cedar Rapids Metro area.
