All customers making reservations by phone agree to all terms in rental agreement contract.
All rentals MUST be paid in full at time of reservation. Once a reservation is made, all sales are final, no exceptions.
Returns/Refunds can NOT be given on unused concession supplies or helium.
Credit Card number is required for deposit on all rentals.

Cotton Candy Sugar used in our rental machines MUST be purchased from Balloons, Etc due to other sugars damaging our machines. No Exceptions.
Concession Machines must be returned clean or a $35 cleaning fee will be charged. Once machines are returned to store they may NOT leave the premises for further cleaning. If staff determines further cleaning is needed, cleaning fee will be charged.
All rental items are due back the next business day by 12:00pm (Noon) or additional rental fees will apply.
